We are pleased to announce that Visual Hub has launched a new project: Kukerle. It is an initiative dedicated to visual artists from Friuli Venezia Giulia (photographers, graphic designers, videomakers) to capture and share their unique and personal perspectives on the region.
The name Kukerle derives from the Triestine dialect form ‘Cucherle’, meaning the peephole through which one looks from the inside out. This project offers an exclusive, privileged and intimate observation perspective to observe the surrounding reality.
At Kukerle, we met the founders of Super8, Elly and Judi Casagrande, film enthusiasts who have created a format designed to satisfy both film enthusiasts and those approaching this world.

In this chat, the two curators of the Super8 project tell us about their origins, their vision for the future and tell us about themselves through scenes from the films that have nurtured their passion.
Their next event will be held on 30 May. For more details and tickets Super8
In the activities captured through our peephole, we met the curators of another project, this time from Trieste, and talked to the founders of the art blog, Artrophia.
